Part of the vision for 2020 is to grow our burgeoning space in the digital frontier into an all-encompassing audio destination for entertainment and on-demand content. The digital space has exploded with exponential growth, both in terms of usage and content, in the past decade.

The Boss will soon expand our digital and over the air options through various programs and formats and we’re looking for a few exceptional people to help us launch into the next level of delivery and performance.

Director of What’s Next in Marketing and Sales

We are accepting applications for a commissioned Sales and Marketing Director, who wants to create the new normal in advertising. This person will be experienced with traditional broadcast and online advertising, but who is willing to develop non-traditional revenue and promotional streams to optimize our sponsors’ message being heard by a loyal audience. We’re not looking for just any salesperson, we’re looking for an innovator with the vision and creativity to set the digital world on fire!

Social Media Maven/Maniac

Our growing brands require someone with great social media prowess. We’re looking for a person with new ideas and more than just working knowledge of social media. Our Maven/Maniac will be able to create effective and entertaining posts as well as develop and direct campaigns across our varied brands. This is an intern position, but the opportunity to grow into a full-time position exists for the perfect candidate who is innovative and can successfully navigate the ever-changing social media landscape.

Future Program Hosts

Our volunteer-led army of experienced, professional talent, are stakeholders in our success. After all, we can’t be great content creators in the digital space without great talent. And everyone on the Boss team are bona fide pros! The Boss brand attracts the best of the best on-air talent and programming direction. As a stakeholder in our success, our team shares not only in the accolades of being one of the industry’s most admired stations but will share in future profits as well. Interested hosts are required to submit a demo of their on-air work as well as a resume of experience for consideration. Varied format experience a plus.

Our on-demand content division, Mouthful Media, is a growing network of award-winning and diverse shows on a myriad of topics.
