Welcome to my monthly look behind the scenes at The Boss. There are a lot of things happening around here, including our two newest radio stations, Boss Country Radio and Love On The Boss. Already fans are finding both stations and we’re working on adding another station which will be ready for launch in the next quarter of 2020.
It takes an enormous amount of work to put a genre radio station together. In addition to finding and programming a perfect mix of thousands of songs in a particular genre, we also have to audition air talent for future Boss Jock positions, as well as develop logos, web sites, social media, station imaging and so much more. We spent the last half of 2019 preparing, planning, and programming both Boss Country Radio and Love On The Boss.
Rome, nor Boss Radio, were built in a day! We will make an announcement as soon as our next station is fully baked and ready to come out of the oven! You can be sure, it will be as innovative and entertaining as our other Boss stations.
