Boss Boss Radio has been a long-time partner with Radionomy, the European-based streaming service that owns SHOUTcast streaming technology. At the end of May, Radionomy will no longer serve the United States due to royalty requirements here and will drop Boss Boss Radio from its service.

Actually, this doesn’t affect many of our listeners, as we transitioned to our primary streaming host, Live365, a few years back. However, a small number of listeners still listen via our Radionomy stream, especially those that use the Reciva platform. There are dozens of options to listen to The Boss and K-Tahoe AM & FM online that you should be able to find a substitute platform.

For sure, if you notice that we’ve gone silent on June 1st on your device, we invite you to listen via one of the myriads of other options, which you can find more information about by clicking here.

We aren’t sure at this point if Radionomy will continue to stream us in markets outside the United States, or if they will transfer our stream to their SHOUTcast hosting at that point. But make sure you’ve found other options for listening to us before we go away.
