John Van Camp
Mon-Fri 6am - 9am Pacific

John hails from Central California and has been on the air since 1976 when he finished junior high (ok, it was a bit after that, but close) and was around for the end of Boss Radio in the 1980s. For the past 20+ years, he's been a resident of Boss Angeles, and an internet radio pioneer. He hosts "The Big Boss Show" every weekday morning from the "Home of Boss Radio."
Bob Ray
Mon-Fri 9am - 12 Noon Pacific

Bob comes to The Boss by way of the San Francisco Bay Area, as do many of our Boss Jocks. Bob grew up in Boss Angeles and was in TV production and a DJ here for several years before landing in Northern California. Bob is an alum of the world famous KSFO in San Francisco and KLIV in San Jose, CA (the old stomping grounds for Mister Smooth Peter B). When Bob isn't busy being a Boss Jock, he's a professional photographer and hosts week-long photography adventures for enthusiasts in Italy.
Cousin Dean
Mon-Fri Noon - 3pm Pacific

Born and raised in Monterey, California, Dean started radio in 1987 at KWAV 97FM (it was also the station where he met John Van Camp!). Dean has worked primarily in Monterey-Salinas (KOCN/KDON/KTOM/KRQC/KCDU) as a Production Director and DJ at these stations. Dean also did middays at KABX-FM in Merced in 2000 where he was christened “Cousin Dean” and mornings at “Oldies Radio” AM 1200 KYAA in Monterey. When not working at Boss Boss Radio, Dean’s a driver with the Monterey Airbus and is also a limo driver.
The Insane Darrell Wayne
Mon-Fri 3pm - 6pm Pacific
Darrell started broadcasting in 1972 at KEZY in Anaheim and worked at stations throughout the 70s, Drake-Chenault Radio Syndication (the folks behind the launch of Boss Radio!) and eventually Program Director and on-air host at “World Famous” KROQ in Los Angeles. In addition to being a Boss Jock, Darrell owns K-Tahoe radio in Lake Tahoe, and several syndicated rock radio shows.
Kevin James
Mon-Thurs 6pm - 10pm Pacific - All 80s Friday Nights
Kevin hails from the Central Valley of California where he worked up and down the dial since the 1970s. From Madera to Bakersfield to Visalia and, finally, settling in Fresno. Kevin has rocked The San Joaquin Valley at some of the biggest radio stations AM or FM, including 95 K-BOSS. Kevin currently lives in Fresno with his wife Karen and is proud grandpa of five!
David A. Reed
Mon-Thurs 10pm - 2am Pacific - Sundays 10am - 3pm
David was born into rock and roll radio royalty. His father is B. Mitchell Reed, a very familiar name in Boss Angeles radio from the 60s and 70s. Mitch was once known as the fastest mouth on radio, and eventually co-founded progressive rock radio with Tom and Raechel Donahue (yes our Raechel Donahue!) David caught the radio bug as a youth and got his start in Santa Barbara, working alongside Kelly Cox (yes our Kelly Cox!) David is Bossing up your weekends!
Big Mike

Big Mike hails from Eastern Canada, where he is taking the Boss to a whole new audience! Join Big Mike for entertaining news, jokes and fun and the Greatest Boss Hits of All Time!
Jamey Karr
SNUSA - Weekends
Texas Panhandle Broadcasting Hall of Famer Jamey Karr has been in radio since he was 14. He grew up about 30 minutes from El Paso, Jamey has been on the air for more than 40 years. Jamey is also the producer and host of the "Oh Yeah 80s!" Friday Night and “Saturday Night In The USA” every weekend.

Kelly Cox
Weekends
Kelly comes to the Boss from a long career in Boss Angeles radio at rock legend KLOS. Her voice has also been heard over dozens of stations across the country via satellite programmer Dial Global. Kelly also worked at the legendary Bay Area rocker KOME during its fabled days that led to the making of a major motion picture based on the station, "FM." After stints on the air in Santa Barbara and Ventura, Kelly is once again bringing her voice to the airwaves on The Boss.
Dave Garrity
Weekends
Dave was born in Southern California and grew up listening to Boss Radio in Boss Angeles. After moving to Las Vegas as a boy, he continued to return to California during the summers and caught the Boss Radio fever. Dave has been a Las Vegas radio staple for decades. He now lends his voice to the Boss airwaves from Boss Vegas every weekend.
The Real Bob McCoy
Weekends
The Real Bob McCoy is a 30 plus year vet of radio hails from Washington State where he cut his teeth growing up listening to legendary stations KJR, KZOK and KISW. Bob has worked in many different markets including Spokane, Seattle, Tri-Cities and in Oregon, Montana and Idaho. Bob is also a die-hard Washington State Cougar and he bleeds Crimson and Gray.
Professor Chuck Bland
Weekends
The good Professor was the winner of our "Next Boss Jock for A Day" contest and worked his way on to the airwaves at Boss Boss Radio as a fill-in and weekender. While Chuck teaches at Cal Poly University San Luis Obispo, he is having the time of his life playing Boss hits and living his dream of being a Boss Jock!
Van Camp and Morgan

They say "twice is nice," but we're not totally sure when it comes to this pair! Now you can hear what the rest of the world hears daily over internet and terrestrial radio stations around the globe. It's the Van Camp and Morgan show! You know our "heroes" best from The Who Cares News (now in its 10th year on air and as a podcast) just more of them.
Paul "Madman" Lee
Weekends
The "madman" has been entertaining people as a radio dj, club Mc, and Voiceq Actor for 45 yrs now. Paul worked at stations in the San Joaquin Valley and Orange County CA. He was a fixture at KBOS FM KYNO FM, KKDJ FM, KARM FM and KHOP FM in Fresno, CA. He returned to his hometown Fullerton, CA to work at KWIZ FM Santa Ana. Hooking up with the original BOSS JOCK himself Bobby Ocean who introduced Paul into Voice Over and Acting and he's been doing it ever since 1985. Paul found his way to Boss Boss Radio through his good friend and fellow Fresno alumni Kevin James.
Donna Hornsby
Weekends
Donna is a big part of the Boss Radio Network marketing effort, having served as our publicity and newsletter director as a volunteer listener. Donna won the "Next Boss Jock For a Day" competition in 2020 and parlayed her time as a guest jock into becoming a Boss Jock for a couple of our Boss Radio stations. Donna hails for the "epicenter" of Springtown, TX.
Kathy Townsend
Weekends
Kathy hails from the South Jersey/Philadelphia, PA area. She was hit by the radio bug at an early age all thanks to the Philadelphia Radio DJ's she would listen to around the clock as a teenager. Her career started at WVLT 92.1 in Vineland, NJ then over to WFPG 96.9 in Atlantic City, NJ followed by a stint at WSTW 93.7 in Wilmington, DE. After taking a couple of years off to start her family it was back to WFPG and then on to Philly radio at 96.5 The Point. After another break from radio Kathy spent time at WJBR 99.5 in Wilmington, DE before she landed at the legendary Philadelphia radio station More FM 101.1/Philly’s B101.1 as a weekender/fill-in.

Larry Kratka hosts the syndicated "Nothing But Old 45s" every weekend on The Boss. Larry shares his massive library of "old 45s" complete with pops, crackles and scratches. Check out his hour-long show Sunday mornings.
That Thing with Rich Appel
Sundays 7am - 10am & 9pm - Midnight Pacific
"That Thing with Rich Appel" is the 3-hour weekly syndicated show hosted by Rich himself and airs on over 100 stations worldwide. Rich is also a friend of The Boss, having filled in on the morning show here as well as been a guest on The Big Boss Show, which makes him a part of The Boss Nation.
