Matt Collier in the Nighttime has a new member of the family and he’s totally Boss!
Here’s the story of how “Bossco” came to be Matt’s official mascot! And just check out that adorbs pic of him too!
When the circus was in town a few weeks ago, it featured the world-famous dog trio, Tres Amigos. To the delight of audiences, the fourth-generation circus stars would do all sorts of entertaining and fantastic tricks. The star of the Amigos had a litter of puppies and it wouldn’t be long until a new generation of Amigos were learning how to do tricks and set out with the circus…except for one, the runt of the litter, who was sadly cast out of the family and ended up at the nearby Greyhound bus station.
Matt was driving by the station and saw this forlorn little guy sitting on a bench waiting for a bus to who-knows-where because he was just hoping to find a new a welcoming place to call home. Well, Matt stopped, got out, picked the little guy up, and took him home. On the way, Matt noticed the little guy was singing in his own way to Todd Rundgren on Boss Boss Radio (of course).
At home, he followed Matt into the studio. The music was rocking and was totally Boss. Again, the little guys seemed to enjoy the jamming sounds, and soon was “crooning” (in his little puppy way) to the music. Matt started to realize the little guy was digging the tunes he was playing, that tail was going a mile-a-minute to the sounds of Barry White, Swing Out Sister, and The Beatles. With a pup like this, he just had to be our official mascot, and Matt named him (aptly) Boss-co The Wonder Dog.
Bossco is large and in charge around here. Ask Matt about our Official Wonder Dog! Autographs allowed!
